Excellent Italian Meatballs
1 lb. B&T Fresh Hot Italian Sausage
1 lb. B&T Ground Beef
1 egg
2/3 cup Italian flavored Panko
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, mix Italian sausage with ground beef.
Add egg and Panko
Form into balls and brown just until a crust forms on the sides
Place on baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with pasta and marinara sauce sprinkled with parmesean cheese.
Hint: If you make large meatballs, spray a cupcake tin with oil and place a meatball in each compartment for baking.
